At Save The Date Bridal And Formal, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear, and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies, which detail the way we operate our business. Prices: Our bridal gowns range in price from roughly $1,200 - $4000.

Parking: There is free parking behind the shop labeled Suite 110 and also pay-to-park street-metered parking out front on E 11th in case the back lot is full.

Food & Drink: Guests are welcome to bring food and champagne to an appointment, however, we ask that you are extremely careful around our dresses. If you are planning on bringing food/drink, please let us know beforehand.

Booking: Bridal Appointments are intended for those getting married in the next 16 months. If your wedding is further out than this, we ask that you wait to book. We also understand that planning a wedding/event can be very difficult and we are here to help. If you have any questions please reach out to us and we would love to answer them!

Appointment Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your bridal appointment, please contact us in advance. We are happy to refund your appointment fee for cancellations made with prior notice. If you're running late, please reach out to us so we can discuss the best way to proceed. We value your time and want to ensure that your experience with us is enjoyable and stress-free. However, to ensure fairness to all our clients, brides who are more than 10 minutes late to their appointments without notifying us will receive a courtesy call. If there is no contact after 20 minutes, the appointment will be marked as a No-Show, and the appointment fee will no longer be refundable. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
